The following terms and conditions govern your use of our website. Our terms have been provided and approved by legal documents provider LegalCentre.co.uk. Please read the terms in full before you use this Website. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this Website. Using the Website implies that you accept these terms. We do occasionally update these terms so please refer back to them in the future.
1. SITE ACCESS & GENERAL TERMS
1.1 You will be able to access the majority of this Website without having to register any details with us. However, particular areas of this Website will only be accessible only if you have registered. Please note that by placing an order with us, your details will automatically be added to our customer database for special announcements and product updates. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time.
ALL UK DELIVERIES ARE BY ROYAL MAIL 2ND CLASS UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED.
Royal Mail delivery times are as follows: -
1st Class 1 to 2 days - but could be up to 14 days plus bank holidays
2nd Class 3+ days - but could be up to 14 days plus bank holidays
ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES
Europe 3 to 5 days - but up to 28 days plus bank holidays
Rest of World 5 - 10 days - but up to 35 days plus bank holidays.
All readings - coaching - attunements etc are a spiritual service provided by Jill Harrison, as such please note there is no refunds on any spiritual services once you have received the service. In other words, whether the service you have paid for is tarot, astrology, divinatory, trance-channelled, an energy attunement or a life coaching session, metaphysics mentorship, that service you paid for, is non-refundable. Please also note that if you supply incorrect details such as date of birth, spelling of names and this results in a completed reading being incorrect, you will need to repurchase the reading.
All readings are put onto a waiting list as soon as payment is received. Readings are done on a first come-first served basis. Most readings are done and sent back to the customer within 14 days, but can take upto a maximum of 30 days to reach you. All readings are done personally by Jill Harrison therefore, patience is requested, as Jill can only do so many readings at anyone time. Please do not email us asking us when your reading will be with you, unless 30 days have passed and you still have not received your reading. Please note that Jill's time is also spent seeing clients face-to-face, teaching, coaching and writing, therefore, her time is limited for readings hence the waiting times, if you are impatient ,this can affect the energy of your reading.
For Skype/Facetime/Phone Readings - An appoinment will be made for you to have your reading. Please note it is your responsibility to connect with Jill at the appointed time. Failure to connect with Jill at the appointed time will result in you having to repurchase the service you require. If you are using Skype please ensure you set up Jill in your contact system. We will send you a skype request so you can do this. To telephone us please call +44 1777 710999 at the appointed time. If you are using facetime, please use the email we sent you when you informed us you wish to use Facetime as a way to receive your reading.
No refund will be given for non-attendance of a reading.
If you miss your reading, you may for a £25.00 administration fee arrange another appointment. If you would like to re-arrange an appointment then please contact our customer support team by email.

In accordance with the law in various countries we must point out that all readings given here are for entertainment purposes only, and no guarantee can be given as to the accuracy of a reading. The user is responsible for their own life choices and decisions. We are not qualified to give legal, financial, medical or any other advice, and we do not give advice. If you require advice of any kind you should seek a suitable licensed professional. There are no refunds given on readings under any circumstances.

Please note that we do not issue refunds for digitally delivered products. Downloading and saving your Book/DVD/MP3 to your hard drive is easy.
Please note that if you download your file(s) within 14 days of buying it, as per our terms and conditions on our website, this means you have given us your consent to waive the statutory UK Consumer Rights Act, 14-day cooling-off period.
If you don’t give your consent, do not download your files until 14 days after the date you placed and paid for your order. ONCE YOU DOWNLOAD YOUR FILES THERE ARE NO REFUNDS - This is to prevent you from changing your mind after you have downloaded the content. Our servers automatically log the time and date you download your files.
NB* DOWNLOADING TO A MOBILE PHONE - All downloads are in zip format. Please consult your handbook for your phone on how to open a zipped file. Unfortunately we cannot offer support on downloads to smartphones due to the number of different makes and models. We would recommend you download your meditations onto a PC/Laptop, so you can back them up onto a disc before installing them onto your phone.
First set up your computer
- Open my documents on your computer
- Click on Make a New Folder
- A new menu will appear click on folder
- Write the name of your meditation or book in the box under the folder
If the writing doesn't appear open my documents right click on the new folder and click rename, change the name of the folder to "Name of your meditation/book".
Now the download
- Right click on the download link you want to download
- When the menu appears click on "save target as"
- A box should appear titled "file download"
- A few seconds later a second box should open that says - 'Save As'
- In the save as box at the top you will see - save in - click on the arrow
- Click on my documents
- Click on the folder you made that is named after the meditation/book you have just purchased.
- Then click save
- repeat for each mp3 meditation/book you wish to save
This will save the meditation mp3/book on your computer and it will be easy for you to find. Just go to my documents and open the meditation/book folder. Please note the first time you see your meditation file, it will be in a zipped file, to speed up the download time. You will need to have an unzip programme to open the files, we recommend you try the free unzipper programme 7zip
Once you have unzipped your files, then click on the icon of the mp3 to listen to it or your book to read it. While downloading MP3's/books, please be patient. The meditations can take several minutes to download depending on the speed of your Internet connection.
How to download - Do NOT use Internet Explorer or any other browser to download large media files directly (through the "Save object as..." option)! Media files are relatively large (500-700MB and more) and if your download freezes for some reason, Internet Explorer will NOT resume it! Use a download manager instead like FlashGet which can be downloaded for free from the official site.

Downloading Media Files:
- After purchasing a meditation you will receive an email with a download link. Follow the link and input your username and password, you will then see your downloadable file.
- Right click and choose 'DownThemAll' and a window of DownThemAll manager will appear
- Once everything is OK, either start downloading now via 'Start!' button or queue the file for later with 'Add paused!' button.
If it didn't help you, contact us explaining the problem, which country you live in and if possible the time difference between you and us here in the UK, we will then arrange for a technical assistant to help you with your problem via remote assistance.
AUDIO CD/MP3/DVD RIGHTS AND RESTRICTIONS.
Rights Granted. You may use our CD/MP3/DVD's only for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use the CD/MP3/DVD's audio files to store, transfer or distribute content of, or on behalf of third parties, to operate your own content application or service, to resell any part of the CD/MP3/DVD's files, or for any form of unlawful file sharing.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our purchased CD/MP3/DVD's, we provide you access to through our website only for your personal, non-commercial purposes, you may not redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, repurpose, modify, adapt, edit, license or otherwise transfer or use our CD/MP3/DVD's Content. We do not grant you any synchronization, public performance, public display, promotional use, commercial sale, resale, reproduction or distribution rights for our Audio CD/MP3 Content you purchase or access through our website. You must comply with all applicable copyright and other laws and with the terms of any licenses or agreements to which you are bound in your use of the audio CD/MP3 Content you purchase, or access through them.
In the event you wish to use our CD/MP3/DVD's for commercial or group purposes, please email customer-support and request to purchase a commercial grant licence from us.
Terms & Conditions
Please note that your PayPal receipt is confirmation of your booking. In the event your booking is made by telephone, you will receive a booking confirmation via email. In the event that you left a holding deposit with us for a master class, and you then cancel, failure to pay for the class in full will result in legal action being taken.
No refund will be given for cancellations or non-attendance.
If you cannot attend the date of the master class, you may send someone else in your place and you may request any manuals or notes given out.
Transfers are considered as non-attendance and must be paid for again. Please remember, you can't buy tickets to a show, or book a holiday and then get your money back.
In the past we have had people change there mind at the last minute, please bear in mind that as a spiritual company we are not a multi-million pound organisation. Before you come we incur preparation, administration, material, house-keeping and catering costs, we simply cannot afford these losses.
Accommodation – No refunds in event of cancellation or no-show.
Master Class Bookings
The price of the Master Class covers your day’s training and any hand-out material, teas and coffee at morning, and afternoon breaks. Please note that any overnight accommodation or parking fees (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the delegate.
The company reserves the right to alter any of the content at any time as part of continual improvement of the Master Classes.
The company also reserves the right to cancel any scheduled training. In this instance you will be offered an alternative date of your choice, or a full refund will be given.
We will not be liable for any consequential or indirect losses including (without limitation) loss of profits, travel and accommodation costs, or contracts, or financial losses or any cancellation charges, howsoever caused or arising from this cancellation, other than the total training fee paid.
Once you have ordered coaching, you will be sent an email with when the next available times for an appointment with Jill are, along with our coaching terms and conditions. (see example below)
Please ensure you set aside a maximum of 1 hour for your session and select one of the London Greenwich Mean times available that is suitable for you. If none are suitable, please email us advising us when you are available.
Remember the appointment time is for the UK London GMT time, if you are unsure of the time difference, check your time zone.
Please also be kind enough to supply us with the following:-
(1) Your FaceTime or Skype details:
(NB we do out best to record your session with Jill, but please note that we cannot promise to always provide you with a recording, in the event of a technical difficulty, we therefore advise you also record your session as a back up safety feature.)
(2) Where you are in the world so we know which time zone you are in:
(3) Your full name at birth that went onto your birth certificate (if you are having a blue soul print reading)
Once we have received your information and confirmation of your appointment slot, we shall send you an email to confirm everything. Please ensure you read the terms and conditions of your coaching/therapy session below.
Customer-Support - Angel Guided Meditations
Thank you for choosing AngelGuidedMeditations.com for your coaching needs .Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By taking part in coaching sessions you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions. Please print off a copy for future reference if you are viewing this online.
In this Agreement, the following words shall have the following meanings:
“Coach” means Jill Harrison, Montagu House, London Road, Retford, Nottinghamshire, DN22 7JJ.
“Confidential Information” means all of your personal information, details and data of any kind including information of which the Coach shall have gained knowledge in the course of or in connection with the performance of this agreement
“Fees” means the fees charged under Clause 4.
“Services” means the provision by the Coach to you of coaching advice as selected on the confirmation form and more particularly described in the Appendix at the end of these terms and/or such other services as may be agreed from time to time by the parties.
“Term” means the period in which this agreement continues in force as specified in Clause 3 (term)
2. Appointment of Coach
You hereby engage the Coach to supply the Services during the Term and the Coach hereby accepts such engagement upon these terms and conditions. Your entitlement to take part in any coaching sessions, consultations or workshops will only arise when the Coach has dispatched the order confirmation and received full payment of all sums due in respect of the coaching, consulting or therapy sessions unless other payment arrangements have been agreed in writing with you.
Your coaching will start on the date stated on the order confirmation and shall continue for the period agreed on the order confirmation and any agreed extension of such period.
You agree to pay to AngelGuidedMeditations.com the Fees set out on the order confirmation before the consultation, coaching session or therapy starts. If you fail to make any payment in full on the due date your coaching session will be cancelled and you will be invoiced for the outstanding fee. Failure to pay the outstanding fee will result in legal proceedings being implemented to recover the outstanding amount.
5. Coach’s obligations
The Coach will provide the Services in accordance with the Coaching Rules and Guidelines attached. However, the Coach may make alterations to the content of the coaching programmes/workshops and the fee structure and reserves the right to do so by giving you reasonable notice in writing at any time without liability.
6. Your obligations
You agree to abide by the Coaching Rules and Guidelines below.
7. Confidentiality and data protection
7.1 The Coach shall not itself disclose to any person, firm or company any of the information disclosed by you during the sessions (“Confidential Information”) (save to employees of the Coach whose duties require such disclosure to be made) and the Coach shall not use any of the Confidential Information for its own purposes nor for any purposes other than the provision of the Services PROVIDED THAT the Coach may disclose Confidential Information to the extent specifically authorised by you.
7.2 The restrictions contained in Clause 7.1 shall cease to apply to any information or knowledge to the extent that
7.2.1 it comes within the public domain other than through breach of Clause 7.1 or
7.2.2 is required or requested to be divulged by any court, tribunal or governmental authority with competent jurisdiction; or
7.2.3 if required by law or the Coach in its absolute discretion believes that someone may be harmed.
7.3 Any personal data that the Coach collects from you will be kept secure and the Coach will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation from time to time in place.
8. Intellectual property
The copyright in any course materials or systems which are used or provided by the Coach in connection with the Services shall remain vested in the Coach or the licence owner. You may use such documents, techniques or systems only for personal purposes directly related to the Services and shall not make copies of such documents, nor share the techniques or systems for any purpose not directly related to the Services without the prior written approval of the Coach.
9.1 The Coach shall exercise reasonable skill, care and diligence in the discharge of its obligations under this agreement, but its liability for omissions and errors in the Services arising from the default of the Coach shall be limited to a maximum aggregate liability equal to the Booking Fee payable by you.
9.2 Nothing in this agreement shall exclude or in any way limit the Coach’s liability to you for fraud, death or personal injury caused by its negligence or any liability which may not be excluded or limited as a matter of law.
9.3 The Coach gives no guarantee that by attending and/or completing the coaching with the Coach that you will experience success in any business or activity that you may carry on following the coaching.
9.4 The Coach is not responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of profits, contracts or potential contracts or loss of anticipated savings.
9.5 The Coach is not liable for additional costs due to changes in content, or trainers. Every effort will be made to provide reasonable notice where possible.
10. Consultations and handouts or coaching materials
10.1 Any handouts or coaching materials that the Coach sends to you following despatch of the order confirmation will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of any course materials will only pass to you when the Coach receives full payment of all sums due in respect of the consultation or therapy session.
10.2 E-books and videos: Due to the digital nature of the e-books and videos, no automatic right of refund or cancellation exists after an e-book or video has been purchased by you in accordance with Regulation 13 of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.This does not affect your statutory rights.
11. Termination and cancellation of sessions
11.1 The Coach may terminate this agreement immediately by notice in writing to you, if you repeatedly fail to follow the Coaching Rules and Guidelines or fail to pay. In which case the Coach shall be entitled to receive the Fees to the end of the effective date on which termination occurs.
11.2 If you enter into this agreement over the telephone or on line, then in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to change your mind and cancel the agreement (known as your “Cooling-Off Rights”). In order to do so, you must notify the Coach in writing within 7 days of receiving the order confirmation or within 7 days of receipt of the course materials (whichever occurs first) and the Coach will refund your Fees within 30 days. If applicable, you must also return all course materials immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the course materials while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, the Coach may have a right of action against you for compensation If you wish to receive coaching immediately or within the first seven days of the order date, you agree to waive your Cooling-Off Rights.
11.3 In all other cases, cancellation and rearrangement of sessions is in accordance with the Coaching Rules and Guidelines attached.
12. Events beyond the Coach’s control
12.1 The Coach will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of its obligations under these terms that is caused by events outside its reasonable control (known as a “Force Majeure Event”).
12.2 A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond the Coach’s reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action; civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war; fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster; impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport; impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks; the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
12.3 The Coach’s performance under these terms is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and the Coach will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period.
13. Governing law
This agreement and any non-contractual obligations arising in connection with it shall be governed by English law. The English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute arising in connection with this agreement, including disputes relating to any non-contractual obligations.

Appendix- Coaching Rules and Guidelines
Nature of Coaching
You understand that:
- Coaching is neither counselling nor psychotherapy.
- You are responsible for creating your own results
- Coaching results are not guaranteed
- Coaching does not offer or replace medical advice
- Any financial discussions are of a general nature only and should not be relied on as a substitute for financial, taxation, investment or other professional advice. You should always seek advice from a qualified professional before deciding on the best investment or financial strategy
- If you have specific concerns about your health, you should always seek advice from a suitably qualified healthcare professional.
- Where information on a specific option is supplied this does not constitute a recommendation.
Assignments, tasks & exercises
You may be requested to undertake certain tasks/exercises/assignments prior to the commencement of the Consultation, Coaching Programme or therapy session and between Coaching Programme Sessions. You understand that not completing these activities may affect your progress in achieving your personal outcomes. Failure to consistently do homework tasks will result in the coaching sessions being cancelled and no refunds will be given.
A. One to one coaching:
1. By telephone: You call the Coach at the specified time.
2. Face to Face: You and the Coach will meet at the pre-determined venue at the scheduled time.
3. Online (Skype/FaceTIme): The Coach will connect with you at the specified time.
4. Email: You will receive coaching support via email if and as set out in the order confirmation.
Please note: Being late for the start of an appointment will not change the end time. Coaching sessions paid for in advance must be taken within 6 months of the date of booking after which the fee is forfeited.
Cancellation, Missing Your Appointment and Rescheduling:
You must give a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule an appointment without incurring any further charges.
If you have to reschedule less than 48 hours or you miss your appointment, a rebooking fee of £25 will be payable. 15 minutes is given from the time of your appointment to enable you to connect with your coach.
If you miss your appointment, please email us to request a rebooking fee, stating when your original appointment was and the date you ordered the service. Upon receipt of your email, we will arrange for you to be invoiced. Once we receive your rebooking fee, you may then re-arrange a suitable time and date for your coaching.
Cancellation by the Coach
The Coach reserves the right to cancel or postpone a coaching/therapy session without liability and you will be offered an alternative date or time.

If you are supplied with counselling or therapy materials, please ensure you have them with you during all sessions.

Please ensure you book your webinar place no later than 24 hours before the webinar is due to take place. The purchase of webinar attendance is for use by the purchaser only and registration information should not be forwarded on to third parties; doing so may hinder your own access, as webinar entry is by prior registration only. Similarly, the materials and replay of webinars are for use by the purchaser only and should not be forwarded on to third parties. Responsibility for the confidentiality and security of webinar registration information and event materials issued by ANGELGUIDEDMEDITATIONS.COM lies with the registrant. If you purchase a webinar or webinar programme with us, and you leave it until last minute to email us with a message to say that you haven't had your link, then this is your problem, not ours.
We know this sounds harsh, but you would not turn up at the airport at 7:30 pm, when your plane is already on the runway waiting to take off at 7:30 pm, and expect to either get on the plane, or have your money back. It is down to you to ensure that you have got your access way before the designated time and contact us, if there has been a glitch with emails, or you have problems. We also recommend that you watch the video link we sent you to ensure you know how to join the webinar. We also recommend that if this is your first webinar that you log into the waiting room a minimum of 45 minutes before the event is due to start. This then gives you time to email or message us in the event you have a problem getting into the waiting room.
Where a student signs up for a webinar programme - Failure to attend on four consecutive live sessions, without written prior notification, AngelGuidedMeditations will presume the student has withdrawn from the programme and no further recordings, student notes or other learning material will be given to the student.
We often offer you a free recording of the webinar if you have paid for a seat. Please note that in the event that the webinar does not record, and you did not attend you will be entitled to attend another webinar in its place free of charge. Please also note that we cannot guarantee a recording will be made available after the event, should there be a technical difficulty with our hosting service provider and the recording fails to take place. The digital download offered is a bonus and does not form part of the service you paid for.
Cancellations/Refunds - Webinar places purchased cannot be cancelled and may not be transferred to other individuals. No refunds are given under any circumstances. The webinars are live event shows and therefore due to limited seating being made available no refunds are given.
Registration - Once you have purchased your place on the webinar, you will be sent within 24 hours a registration link. You must register as soon as possible to ensure you are able to access the webinar. Your registration will provide you with login details. These are the methods used by us to identify you and so are very important.
Please note that your presence on a webinar constitutes express and irrevocable consent to the recording of you, your image and voice by AngelGuidedMeditations.com and irrevocably grants us the right to use the recording of you, your image or voice in advertising, social media and any other promotional capacity. By attending our webinar, your presence is a waiver of any and all legal claims, without limitation.
Access to Webinars - We will endeavour to allow uninterrupted access to your webinar material, but access may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time. We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information in the material from time to time.
Not all webinars have video replay rights unless it is strictly stated in the course content. In the event that you miss the webinar and no access to video is stated, you can purchase viewing rights by going to our website and ordering it from the DVD’s available.
